Decided to get a black cab as it was fairly late. Unfortunately, no cabs and a queue of other people doing the same. Very disappointed so hailed an Uber which arrived in 4 mins during which time no black cabs had even appeared. Won't bother in future.
Finding a cab at Waverley Station is nowadays very confusing; no clear signs and, when you do find the cabs well along Market Street, it is a long way to walk with a suitcase or if you are disabled or elderly. Not good!
