Absolutely horrific!!! I left instructions on the app where to park they were ignored and he parked elsewhere making my mother-in-law walk to him in the snow as he refused to drive forward. Also refused to help her with her bags he never left his seat unfortunately I was not there! Then halfway through the journey he stopped at an atm machine and told her to get out and take out cash as he didn’t want to be paid by card!! Absolutely disgraceful horrible person and not sure what that says about the taxi company! Just so you’ll know as you can see below my review the “ Owner “ left a response to email them…. So I did!! I sent the email over a week ago now to see what he/she had to say for themselves about this horrific taxi ride and guess what…. Nothing they never replied to me email they basically just ignored it and put this reply here on Google reviews to make it look good to try and show they care and really want to help! So there comment was just a distraction to deflect from what I said and make it look like they care but in reality they don’t not one bit. What a joke and what a disgraceful company!!!
I used the once from the airport to where I was staying in Edinburgh and my taxi driver was lovely. Due to this I decided to use their service to pre book a taxi for a wedding the next day. It never turned up. I kept getting text saying it was late then one saying a car was on its way but I waited for well over an hour nothing appeared. I called and got reassured someone was coming. This service is not good enough. If you book you expect to be a priority. I would not use them again
Sun got taxi over town driver explained the route and how long it would take before the journey began. Driver arrived five mins early and waited patiently until correct time. Excellent service. Noticed many more of these cabs on the road than the black cabs now.
Your taxi arrived prompt 5 minutes early and l received a notification. Your driver was courteous., helpful handling my trolley bags and friendly and chatty. Thank you for a great service.
I pre booked my taxi the previous day for an important hospital appointment. Close to the time my taxi was due I had not received any confirmation so called again to be informed that it would arrive in 2 minutes! I would normally receive confirmation that the taxi was outside but received no further information. It was only by looking outside my window that I noticed the taxi was sitting across the road. Also the fare was far higher than the last time I used your company (almost 50% dearer) so unless I have a set time I need to be somewhere I will look to other services such as Uber who are providing a much cheaper service.
