Property Improve recently completely our bathroom renovation in our Edinburgh tenement flat. Gordon did an incredible job of project managing all the various trades required, as well as his and Ryan's excellent joinery skills. Gordon is extremely detail orientated, responsive and communicative, and genuinely cares about his work. Everyone involved with this project were truly dedicated to ensuring the best possible outcome. We had a whole host of unexpected issues due to the age of our building, and Gordon took them in his stride. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished results. This is by far the best experience we've ever had with builders and construction. They were a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone doing improvements to their property in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. We can’t recommend Gordon and his team at Property Improve more highly. In November 2020, we had our kitchen entirely renovated. Although it was a big project, Gordon and Ryan completed the job in just three weeks, arriving each day at exactly the time they said and working to a thorough schedule, with attention to every little detail. Throughout, they were absolute professionals, from initial consultation to completion and were generally really nice people to have around. Not one speck of dust, paint or plaster was left at the end of each day meaning that we could still enjoy the rest of our home, something that was especially important as I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time! We are absolutely delighted with the results and are enjoying our new family kitchen! Thank you for giving us a kitchen that we love and making it such a stress-free process. Here is a company that take extreme pride in their work!
Gordon and his team at Property Improve fitted our new kitchen which was designed and supplied by Howdens. They completely ripped out the old one and completed the work on time keeping us updated throughout. We had no problems despite me giving Gordon the wrong plans! Any issues were resolved without any drama or delay. Excellent workmanship and great value. Would highly recommend and in fact have already done so!
Gordon and Ryan did an amazing job fitting our new kitchen. They were punctual, friendly, professional and wasted no time. They were very respectful of our home while they worked in it - covering carpets,tidying up at the end of the day etc, and were happy to discuss our questions at any time. Would have them back to do work for us anytime and would highly recommend them to anyone.
