Sweet and cozy rooms. Our breakfast waited for us in front of our door in the morning. We had an excellent view on the sportsfields and Edinburgh itself. There were enough parking spots in front of the door. The one thing that wasn't great was the busy street in front of the guest house but that is nothing the hosts are able to change.

You eat a pre packaged continental breakfast at a small table in your room. There is no choice of items and no information in the room. Not even regarding fire safety and evacuation routes! Lovely big bed, limited storage for clothing and a very poorly thought out wet room, with not even a shelf. Tip: remove the toilet roll before showering, unless you enjoy drying them with a hairdryer. No onsite parking, but public spaces across the busy main road. For one night, its OK, but not for a longer stay.

Lovely, clean room with an amazing view. Hosts were very covid aware and made us feel safe and respected whilst still engaging with us. The breakfast was huge and always fresh with still warm rolls and came in a paper lunch bag with cutlery and everything you would need or want. -this fed us for the day. Highly recommended guesthouse x

Everything clean and hygienic. Hosts very professional and helpful with excellent communication skills. They have the most beautiful cat and dog who get on so well together.Breakfast fruit plus fruit juice and water hot baguette jam and cheese. I would strongly recommend. There are steps but they even helped me carrying my luggage upstairs.

We had a fantastic stay here, the rooms were lovely and the owner fantastic. Extremely considerate of allergies and provided us with dairy free milk for coffee plus a vegan breakfast. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. There are stairs to the room so wheelchair users should definitely enquire before booking, but that is the only point of consideration
