Lovely guesthouse about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The decor was quaint and charming, our hosts were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast was a real treat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. From a traveller perspective, you might find the walk a little challenging as it is much down hill and the house itself has stairs however not enough to concern someone of reasonable fitness. It is an older house so you can hear creaking when people are walking around but again, this wasn't something I was bothered by - had good sleep.

Very disappointed. It's made to look nice in the pictures but the reality is - dated furniture, overall dirty (hair in the shower, dust everywhere, filthy carpet), lights not working.. when you expect a low cost and you get a low cost its normal, but when they make it look like something fancy and you get this... the staff was not nice either, one feels like bothering them just to do a check in. The bathroom is just a tine cabin inside the room. So, don't get your hopes up. The only plus was that they let us leave our luggage for longer than check out.

Not at all what it seems. Cute style at first glance but made to look good in pics not real life. Really filthy rooms and kitchenette. I’m surprised people don’t get sick from the brekkie here. My friend’s room had a used tampon in the loo bin, which she was told she had to remove “due to Covid rules”. My room had lipstick stains on the top of the four poster bed and the bathroom door. The mini fridge had someone else’s food, half full water bottle, and some sort of goop which I didn’t notice til I went to take my food out and it was stuck to the shelf. The main fridge in the breakfast area had several centimeters of water defrosted in the bottom which my hand plunged in when I went to grab a pre packaged yogurt. My friend’s tomato juice was so far expired it had fermented and exploded on us as if it had been carbonated. The jams and butter dishes stay uncovered all day and night. Incredibly unhygienic.

This place is run by hardworking individuals who give you that personal care. There is so much attention to detail. If you like to support local businesses, this is the place to stay in. The place has beautiful views too!
