We’ve been really happy with our experience renting a property through Chapmans so far. Any repairs required have been carried out quickly by professional tradesmen who have also been really nice. Chapmans are quick to respond and always pleasant in doing so. Would like to continue to rent with them in the future.
Chapmans have been very friendly and attentive since we moved into our flat in May 2021. Even early on we had some stressful issues with the boiler and a couple of other minor things, but they were sorted quickly with lots of communication throughout. Our current property manager Luke is always lovely as well!
This is the first time I have used Chapman's - they found a tenant for my flat. Their approach was very thorough and they used their systems to great effect when dealing with a lot of applicants. Absolutely fantastic company. Been renting of them for almost a year and the service has been outstanding. Great employees who are willing to go above and beyond to help you out.
