When my neighbour mentioned selling our property through Cullerton's I was a bit on the reluctant side as I wasn't familiar with the name and really was erring to the bigger named agents. After meeting Mark I have to say I was very impressed and knew if anyone was going to sell our property it would be him. Our property was unique and we always knew it would only suit a small percentage of would be buyers. After two weeks on the market we had two offers over asking price. Mark advised us throughout the sale as we were not that familiar with the Scottish buying/selling system. It was an extremely smooth and stress free process for us.
