After some very helpful advice from Kevin my house was put up for sale. Before I knew it the process had all been thoroughly explained to me. Only two days after the advert appeared about ten prospective buyers had been lined up. Kevin dealt with all the viewers. The third person to view it was very interested and put in an acceptable offer. Kevin had sold my house. All the work to change deeds etc was carried out quickly and efficiently. Thanks Kevin.
